Your first pentest runs the full testing pipeline. You see every finding’s title, severity and endpoint. Evidence, remediation and report downloads unlock when you spend a credit or start a plan. If the published report has two or fewer non-informational findings, its details and report unlock automatically.
Yes. “Unlock this report” purchases a pentest credit and spends it on the preview that already ran. You do not need to run the scan again.
Unused credits are valid for 12 months. A credit pentest includes a 30-day re-verification window after completion. A credit purchased to unlock an existing report starts that window at unlock.
No. Starter includes 2 pentests in each monthly usage window; Professional includes 25. Prepayment covers the billing term. Monthly quotas still apply. Starter has six-month and annual options, with no monthly subscription.
Credit pentests can support a dated, point-in-time attestation. Continuous-plan attestations expire 45 days after the latest qualifying scan. Issuance also depends on the scan’s security and evidence checks. A few-findings free report unlock does not itself grant an attestation.
If the platform fails the scan, or a completed credit scan never publishes its report after the three-day grace period, the credit is returned. Cancelling before testing starts also returns the credit; cancelling after testing starts keeps it consumed.
Existing customers keep the price on their subscription. These are the prices for new purchases.
